Very good hotel , clean and great staff.The roomservice was good and the breakfast was delicius.I will choose this hotel next time i visit Milano!!

I stayed in this hotel here when i was on my vacation trip in Milan, Italy. The price was just right. They offer a complimentary free breakfast to all of their guest. The rooms are very clean and this is by far a sanitary Hotel. The Manager and all of the staff at this Hotel are very friendly as well as very helpful. I would definitely stay in this Hotel again for sure. Thanks a lot Best Western Berlino for the great excellent service. Albert!

Stayed at the Hotel Berlino on November 25th and 26th, great hotel for a short visit to Milan.
Located close to Piazza Firenze, about 5 minutes walk down the street, from where you take tram #14, which takes you downtown in about 15 minutes. Public transport is GREAT, a day pass, to be puchased at the reception desk of the hotel, costs EUR 4,50 and is for 24 hours of using Tram, Bus, Metro. There is no way you can survive without one of these tickets, although the city is compact enough to walk around, you just save a lot of time using public transport.

The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable, although they are not really sound proof, we had neighbours that were a bit loud, is was like they were inside our room at some times. The rest is all ok, breakfast great, no further points I can remember that I didn´t like about the hotel Berlno.

Staff was helpfull and friendly.

I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste, the hotel gave it to me for free, they have these in stock for emergency situations!! Great service!

This little hotel is very well located for any events in FieraMilano City as it is a 10ish minute walk or a short bus ride from the bus stop across the road.
It is SPOTLESSLY clean and very spick and span. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a decent continental buffet breakfast selection. The rooms are basic but there is everything you'd need for a short stay and, as before, they are immaculatley clean and tidy. The beds are on the firm side but we both slept very well on our 2 night stay. The street outside was quiet during our stay with zero traffic noise intruding into our first floor room.
There is an EXCELLENT restaurant a 5 minute walk away ( La Scogliera ).
A taxi from the central station will be €15 fare or a €1.50 bus ride. It's a €1.50 metro ride from the Lotto metro station ( 15 minute walk or brief bus ride ) to the Duomo metro stop too.
We thought this hotel offered us excellent value for money, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
