The Hotel location is very good, just few steps from Corso Buenos Aires, Corso Venezia and subway Venezia Station.
It is close to fancy shopping district around Via Montenapoleone and Via Della Spiga
You get in by revolving doors into the lobby. The customer service was very quick and the check in and check out was express.
The lobby bar make an impression. Really great style and modern. When it is more hot I recomend to sit outside in garden patio. In this 2 places meets a lot of people of fashion for apperitivo.
The hotel is a little old style because it is in historical building where an idea was to connect history with futurism. In my opinion a little old style - antique furniture, not modern room interiors ( except 4th floor executive rooms, newly renovated).
There is gym but no pool. That is the reason why I give 4*
Room Tip: If tere are any ask for renovated rooms - I recomend executive rooms on 4th floor

Our customer service and our historic building and off course our famous aperitivo is our differentiation, and we couldn’t be happier to read that your had experienced all, express service, appreciation for our style and our garden for aperitivo.
We would like to inform you that in December we just have renovated part of our 3rd floor, still with antique furniture but with a modern touch. As of today, all our rooms have ipod deck.
As you mention, we have a gym, but for logistic and space problems the pool still a project for the future. Hopefully very soon!
