Excellent location in the shopping area. The front door operation is smooth and quick.
The staff are friendly polite and discrete. Good recommendations from the concierge service. The rooms are spacious comfortable and quiet.
The cuisine is genuinely Northern Italian and the restaurant and public areas friendly and the service attentive.

I went to Milan for the weekend on my own. The location is amazing! Right in the middle of all the best shopping. I arrived on a Friday afternoon. was greeted and taken to my beautiful, large room. The room was so comfortable and decorated warmly. I decided to drop my bags and go for a walk to orientate myself. Really a beautiful area! When I returned the lobby was starting to get busy with cocktailers and guests getting ready for dinner. Each night I had dinner in the hotel. The staff was attentive and helped make me feel at ease as a female traveling by myself.

I have been many times to the Four Seasons Milano and since it's opening I have stayed here with great pleasure. Both front desk, the concierge and the people who open up the door of your taxi are both wellcoming and extremely professional. Further more I really like the beds!
