The hotel is really nice and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and well equipped. It provides a fantastic shuttle service free of charge to the train station and will pick you up when you arrive back. Breakfast was lovely, the only grumble I would have is that when the hotel provided appertisers that they let everyone have some, it just seemed that the locals and other nationals got looked after first.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, absolutely wonderful facilities (pool, gym, shuttle, friendly stuff, wifi)
Hotel might not have been in the centre of Milan, but it only took us 15 min there by public transport (Certosa) so not bad at all. Hotel shuttle was running at request to and from the train station (Bovisa & Certosa excellent service).There is plenty of parking places on the street next to the hotel -no need for garage parking (15 euros per day) if you have rent a car.
The hotel was clean, the room was nice and the staff was great (although i have reserved a double non- smoking room, they sent me to a two single beds non smoking and finally i went to double room smoking area).
On the top floor will find the mid-sized swimming pool with a very nice view on Milan, a small sized fitness room and spa room.
The only problem that i can see is the prices of the restaurant, mini bar and garage parking.
The ratio price / quality was extremely good, you can not expect more in Milano.

Although the hotel is off the city center, they offer great shuttle service to 2 train stations, free room service, gym, free internet, etc.

The only complaint I have is for a little man working in the restaurant - Breakfast buffet: If you don't seat customers before they start putting food on their plates, it means that they are free to seat anywhere. You only have 3 tables hidden behind pillars for couple and single guests and a bunch for 4 or more people. Once customers peaked a table freely, food on plate, juice in glass, you don't tell them to stand up to find a table for couple or single. 90% of these larger tables were unoccupied. Remember: You have a job because customers come to your hotel. If they stop coming because of your behavior, then you will soon be without job.

Great hotel, pricey mini bar and bar. Excellent shuttle service, loved the Crazy Moon bar in Certosa 2.5 euros 66xp peroni. We got the train to Verona for the day amazing! Watched a game at San Siro,saw the Duomo. Clean and lively buffet breakfasts.
