our rooms were very nice, very clean, beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely nice. Answered all our questions. Were very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and the staff were wonderful, very friendly. Great breakfast experience. The location was not exactly what I had in mind and really the walk to Il Duomo actually took longer than I expected and I would not have wanted to be walking back by myself at night. The floor (the 5th) we were on faced a busy street and the windows were not sound proof so we could hear sirens blaring during the night. Not a lot of places to eat at night near the hotel. more coffee shops and that type thing that are opened during the day. In hindsight I would have asked for a room that did not face the street. It was a nice hotel, nice beds and rooms and great staff other than the street noise. This would have been a very great hotel.

Only two metro stops from Duomo. You Just take the yellow metro line and get off at the Crocetta stop. Nice breakfast, mini bar service included in the price. Good deal for price and quality.

Some of the light is not on, toilet not working properly, safe nis ot working.

Generally the rooms are ok, location is cool, near Duomo and bus station.
A bit noisy during the day, but ok at night.

Staffs did not listen to your customer, only customers can make a difference.

Good location, clean room and bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and ready to help, and of course, they all spoke English well. The city center and Duomo is 1,0-1,2 km distance, the shops and cafes starts from the conner, the Grocery shop is about 30-40 m distance, there are 4 free parking places for hotel visitors is opposite to hotel main doors for same period (1-2-3 hours, have to ask the coupon from a reception) and there are the city parking during the day in front of hotel (2 eur per hour, but only during the day from 8.00 a.m. to 7.p.m), at the city parking is free at night time. So, if you travel on the car during the day, parking not a problem at all.
