I was in Mantova during a romantic trip in Italy. We found the idea of that house very charming and we wanted to try a not usual 4 stars hotel. Even if the place/rooms are nice, it was one of my worst stay in an hotel. There is no shutters so you will will find, so it is quite impossible to sleep in the morning, added to fact that you must leave the room at 11.00 am with no breakfast service. There is actually no service, and worst the director is a very aggressive person.
We accepted the parking service (very expensive) and here is the worst things that happens, we asked to let our luggage in the house to be able to go have lunch and visit the town until 3 pm. The director and owners started to call us on our cel phone from 1pm at least 15 times to ask us to get our luggages and leave the parking then we arrived at the hotel and the director was very aggressive. They kept on calling us on our mobile phones all afternoon after we left. On top of everything we paid an extra day of parking for 2 hours and the price is so high. Never go there!

First, do not understand why she writes in English, being very Italian, however the answer keeping the same language. As for the shutters, but perhaps did not notice the house ;with wooden shutters and more, and also equipped with awnings blinds closed once they leave the room completely dark. With regard to the fact of leaving the room at 10 am, and all over the world and you, however, has left at 12.00.As for the courtesy that we did with the bags. She said that he would return to the hotel by 15:00. was not so, you return at 17:00, two hours later. As for parking, two more hours She did not pay, then do not say false things, and learn to be a bit more polite. Cordially
