We stayed there on our first night on Italy. The woman at the desk gave us a key to our room on the third floor and explained certain rules. The service was a bit chill as if we are not that welcome... We had to climb the stairs to our rooms with the bags because there is no elevator. On the good side, we had a nice and clean room with a balcony (view of the town and some part of the lake).
Dinner on the hotel's restaurant was very good. On the morning they made us a small breakfast and excellent cappucino's (the regular coffee machine was out of service).
To sum it up, serenella gives a good value for the money, but if you need an elevator, or a nice staff look elsewhere.
