This Hotel is spotless,with very clean and tidy rooms,(although basic).Bed linen and all towells changed on a daily basis.
Dont pay extra for a view of the lake from the front rooms as when you open the balcony doors you can't hear yourself think for the lorries and cars on the main road outside.Stunning views from the rear over the mountains.
Without a doubt we felt that we were a hinderance to the owners (son) who is very arogant and seems to put his outside guest functions first (of which there were most nights within our 7 night stay) We were unable to park in the hoel car park at times for outside guests cars,and on one occasion were blocked in.
On arrival we were given the key with little explanation of anything,or facilities.

The staff were reasonable,but could have been more friendly.
Breakfast was so,so, but nothing to write home about.
We ate out every evening except one as the local restaurants are better quality at a better price and with lovely staff to whom nothing was too much trouble,...

In summary...spotless,and clean.The owner spoils it and needs a course in people management to the customers who pay his wages.
