My husband and I recently stayed at the Corte Regina Hotel in Sirmione, Italy. The owner Cristina and her family, were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very near the castle entrance, but on a side street so it is not noisy. The room was comfortable and the price reasonable. We enjoyed the town, Lake Garda, the delicious fresh fish, the natural hot springs spa, and the ancient ruins. We will be return guests at this little gem of a hotel!

Sirmione is a wonderful place to stay on Lake Garda and what a fantastic welcome our hosts at the Corte Regina gave us. The two sisters who ran the hotel were so friendly and gave us great advice on what to do and where to go. Very rustic hotel but room spacious, very clean and free WIFI. The breakfast was excellent. It was very simple to park the car outside the Old Town (after dropping off the luggage). The ferry wharf was a few minutes walking distance away and the hotel is surrounded by good restaurants, shops and gelato bars. I would love to go back there.

Every trip to Italy for me was memorable in it's own way, but Sirmione and Corte Regina - I can't wait to come back! The town is very charming and I would definitely like to come back and explore it a little bit more, but I am more looking forward to seeing lovely sisters Paola and Cristina and talk some more with them. Their hotel is perfectly located, between beautiful, clean beach and busy streets of the old town. Both of them made us feel as part of their family. All the rooms are cozy, good size and very clean and for breakfast we had good variety of food, including good Italian espresso, for good start of the day. I really can't help but smile every time I think about that place. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed one night only which was a pity because we really liked Sirmione despite the large number of tourists in a very small area. The location, the old town, the castle and the roman ruins all contribute to make Sirmione special. We enjoyed the Corte Regina and the hospitality of Paola and Cristina. Centrally located, quiet, and comfortable, we would be happy to return and we are happy to recommend it to everyone.
