Wow - Lovely area, Lovely views and the food at the resteraunt was to die for.

Cannot wait to come back

This hotel was on the outskirts of Sirmione (a beautiful town). It is an old style colonial hotel on the main road.
The room we stayed in was large and adequate with wooden floors. Shower room was also clean and suitable yet shower curtains didn't cover so the whole floor got a little flooded.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel restaurant serves very nice food. Breakfast was okay for Italy, bread, cereals, fruit etc.
The hotel has a lift. There is also a swimming pool. This was lovely after a long day of sightseeing. The Pool however, does lead onto the hotel car parking road, which in turn leads on to a main road. I would recommend those with children (who are likely to run out on the road) consider this. The lake is quite near the hotel, with a beach area being 500 metres away.

I would recommend this hotel, we were driving and it was an easy 5 minute drive to the Sirmione area, there was also a bus stop near the hotel. You definitely wouldn't want to walk to the centre.

The hotel is a 3 star, nothing special but nothing to complain about either.

This is a splendid place to stay and visit Sirmione and Lake garda without actually being 'amongst the tourists' day and night

The hotel staff could not be more helpful - the hotel has a restaurant and a delightful pizzeria which serves great food at lunchtime and evening - you can choose whether to seat indoors or out

The building has a fascinating history going back to the time when the Austro-Italian border was south of the lake

There is a lovely pool - it is possible to eat breakfast amongst the fruit trees surrounding the pool

If you can't get to stay here, try calling in for a meal one evening -menu for all tastes
