The hotel is new, rooms are beautifully decorated and have wooden floor (no disgusting carpets!); bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfest ist extremelly good for an Italian hotel - coffee is good and bread variety too. The swimming pool ist wonderful, with view to Garda Lake and to the boat deck. Everything very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and also speak German. Parking for free in garage or in the free.It is worth it booking a room with swimming pool / lake view. The hotel is located at a main road to Sirmione but the windows protect enough from the traffic noise.

Nothing really stood out about this hotel, the staff were friendly and the place was clean, It is a little bit of a trek to Sirmione but the hotel provide bikes, which I would recommend using !! The hotel gym/sauna is an added bonus !

This hotel was booked as a suprise for mine and my new husbands honeymoon.We arrived knowing nothing about where we were but upon asking reception staff they could not have been more helpful.We have a young family ourselves(although didnt take the children)but I wouldnt recommend it for toddlers as its pretty unsafe with the lake being so close.But for 5 years + fantastic!The hotel was spotlessly clean and so were the rooms!They were cleaned every day without fail.
The hotel is far from the old town of sermione-which is where it mainly happens at night (RESTAURANTS and bars) and taxis are very expensive but the hotel supply (rather fetching) bikes which only took about 20 minutes on!
If you do get fed up eating italian pasta go left out of the main gate of the hotel and walk for about 15 minutes (keeping on the same path all the way) you will come across a fantastic and strangely reansonable chinese restaurant.

Overall this hotel is fantastic and would visit again!

stayed here for 4 nights in june 2008,
lovely clean hotel, staff friendly and english speaking,
had a room overlooking the pool and the lake (what a view).
only down side is that its location is approx 2 miles from sirmione center and ferry point. (35 min walk)
had evening dinner in the hotel on 2 nights the food is very good.
if we were returning to stay in the area of lake garda i think we would stay in garda itself as there seemed to be more going on.
