Stayed here with my husband in July 2011. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Very good amenities. Internet is free. Breakfast is superb!

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend in Bergamo. Excellent location breakfast was ok rooms were a good size but I prefer the best western Capello d oro. Rooms were large but I felt they were not very warming rather the opposite. Staff at reception were fine but not staying here next time it will be Capello d oro.

Found this place on Tripadvisor and it proved to be a winner. Rooms were modern, comfortable and spotless -- all for a great price. The staff was matchless in their effort to secure a special tour for us.

After a long flight-- from USA to Milano -- thence train to Bergamo, the Pallazzo Hotel was only a merciful four blocks north of the station. A convenient, well presented property, well worth the price. It also confirmed our choice of visiting this gorgeous hill town, in the heart of Lombardia.

Fantastic location, 2 minutes walk from train / bus stations, 10 min walk to old town. Friedly, low key staff. Clean, spacious rooms with moden decor. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Blackout curtains and soundproof windoes. Nice looking win bar next door (we didn't get chance to get to it). Restaurant tip - Da Franco in the Old Town - try the local casacelli raviolli or their fantastic pizza. Bergamo is a great little city - definitely worth a stop ff if, like us, you are using Bergamo airport on the way to somewhere else. Generous breakfast is modern breakfast room.
