The hotel is very close to the Bergamo airport, which is why we selected it. We arrived in the evening. The direction to the hotel given by Tripadvisor was not good. The hotel gave the impression of a luxury hotel but have moderate prices. The rooms were clean and the staff was service-minded. The buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel was so good so we booked the night before leaving Bergamo airport as well.

I booked one night at Una Hotel Bergamo in a recent trip by Italy and choose a kind of rate that included a "welcome kit Bergamo", a "tour to a vineyard" and 15% descount on the hotel restaurant.
When I arrived, the man on the front desk, politely, said that the restaurant was closed but the discount would be possible on the bar, what was not interesting for me.
It is interesting to say that nobody helps with the luggage. The "welcome kit Bergamo" did not exist, and nobody on the front desk talk about the "tour to a vineyard".
So, the room and the garage was OK, the breakfast was average and the rate was not expensive.
The location is good if you need to stay near the highway, but it is far away from the town.

The hotel is impressive from the outside. Rooms are clean and really big but a bit dark. Furniture is very 70´s. Full breakfest with fresh fruits available. Hotel is about 3 km to uptown Bergamo. Bergamo is a really beautyful city and worthwhile to spend some time there.

As a family of four we've stayed two nights at UNA Bergamo Hotel and it was a spectacular staying.

The room was very spacious, cleaned and had a great view, with a huge king size bed and two singles. The bathroom was also huge and cleaned. The shower has te possibility of changing for sauna or infrared.

The breakfast is really good, with hot and cold dishes.

There's a free parking and the hotel is about 3 km from the airport (20 euros for a taxi)
