Stayed at this hotel for 1 night as was in Bergamo for the night to get a connecting flight.
Hotel 20 mins walk from town.
They do give you a free shuttle to the upper town. I took advantage of this as I had the morning to waste. I am so glad I did. I now want to go there for a week end. It was beautiful and well worth the trip.
If I was going to do this again I would stay more in town.
Rooms need updating as very dated.

Rather somber but very comfortable. Good breakfast. Excellent for airport via taxi and completely walkable to train station - even with three bags. Desk very helpful. We stayed one night after late flight budget flight. Should have booked for two nights so we could have spent more time exploring old city - dont miss exploring Bergamo. Its perfectly possible to walk to the furnicular railway to go to the old part of the city. Great market on Saturday

For us this was a quick one night stay as we were moving on.
Good from the airport, and whilst not on top of the city, could be reached easily by bus or, if fit, in half an hour or so on foot. Very good breakfast for an Italian hotel (for Brit's!). Bar open until midnight for late travelers.
Service and courtesy were good, with left luggage service which gave us a free day without worry. And with booking on-line at just about 80 euro, good value.

We stayed at this hotel just for one night during travel between two cities. Our room was very comfortable and we had a good night of sleep and a pleasant breakfast buffet on the terrace. Breakfast serivce staff was very courteous and friendly.

This hotels might be more suitable for business travels or overnight stays than romantic getaways.

The hotel is in an isolated location a few kilometers from the airport. The hotel does not provide airport pickup/drop-off service. Taxi to/from airport is about 15 Euro during the day & 20 Euro at night. Nearest bus station is 10 min by foot.
