We were a little surprised upon arriving at the hotel and finding that it is part of a building with other residences and offices. The staff was very nice. The room was very simple and could use a bit more decoration, but the bathroom was a bit more modern. The location is great and it's easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast was included in the price and was pretty decent (continental).

Hi, we stayed only one night in the hotel and it provided all we needed. Hotel is very centre located. It is situated on the third floor of a historical building. The hotel rooms and hall is little bit smelly. But once you get to your room and open a window the smell disapears so it is not a big issue. Bathroom was clean with enough high quality soap and shampoo, towels etc. Hotel offers breakfast for 7.5 EUR. We did not try them but it seems pricy to me. Right next to the hotel is supermarket and cafe`s where you can enjoy your breakfast in the original Italian atmosphere for less. It is next to the pedestrian zone and it takes only 15-20 minutes to walk to the Piazza Ferrari what it the main squere. In case you drive you can leave the car in a garage next to the hotel for 20 EUR a day. The hotel staff will show you the garage. It could be kind of hard to find the hotel in case you do not have GPS navigation or city map so study the location well before you get here.

Only 2 blocks from the train station and right in the middle of great shopping and dining. The staff is fantastic, they speak fluent English, and go out of their way to help you any way they can. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was also very good with a good variety foods and the even have an expresso bar. Be sure and check out the Sassi Restaurant next door.

Just five minutes walk from Brignole Station on the corner of Via San Vincenzo and Viale Sauli, this hotel is excellent value. Clean adequately furnished room, exceptionally friendly staff, and a good choice at breakfast with prompt service for coffee. Several restaurants close by, including one just 20 m away. Most (all ?) rooms have balconies although there are no balcony chairs. Don’t be too concerned by the earlier posts mentioning the graffiti ridden street – the hotel is literally on the corner of Via San Vincenzo, a busy pedestrianised shopping street, whilst Viale Sauli leads to what I think is a college. The lift whilst perfectly serviceable is small, and may be claustrophobic to some.
