We stayed at this hotel for a night before going to Savona. The hotel is small but clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for us as we were going to take a train the next morning. Virtually less than 5 minutes walk to the station. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, recommending us to restaurants and finding out information for our trains and other transport. The food at Tralelaro Trattoria downstairs was pretty nice, especially great value for lunch. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and efficient too. If you get a good rate, it is worth considering staying in this hotel.

Although Genoa was not my favorite city in Italy, this hotel and location where great! I appreciated the room size and view and the proximity to the train station which was key because I used Genoa as my base when travelling to the Riviera....for day trips. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very very good. I almost did not try it because I thought oh it was just another hotel restaurant, but I am so glad I did try it! Authentic cuisine and I could just bill to my room! I appreciated the complimentary computer with internet access. The staff spoke excellent English and were quite helpful!

Very well located place, in the Genova downtown.
No place for parking at all excepted if you are using the Parking hotel (24euro a day).
The staff does not speak English nor French.

Stay two nights with my wife.
Everything was great. Easy access to train Station and historic City center.
We walk everywhere and even at night with streets empty we feel safe.
Breakfest was superb and front desk help speaks good english and was very helpfull.
Rooms are big for european standard and bathroom is excellent.
Great bed and pillows. Heat/air worked perfectly.
Deffinitly will reccomend this hotel for friends. Booked early and got a room for 90 euros with breakfest for two.
