Well there was nothing really "executive" about this hotel, as the name suggests. Room actually quite nice tho, spacious with a good view (of not sure what, trees and surrounding housing?!), however mouldy shower and tap broken in bathroom. Reception staff a bit hit and miss; me and my other half were there for a friends' wedding in Udine. Asked to borrow an iron and board and were told initially that they did not have one(!), and that the items would have to be sent away to be ironed, incurring a small charge, but that we were too late for that. I asked a different receptionist again later that same day, and amazingly, an iron and board magically appeared, tho grudgingly. So had obvioulsy been fobbed off before. Also the location of the hotel is well, weird. It appears to be on the outskirts of a residential estate, and is easy to miss by bus. There are no shops or restaurants or infact anything walking distance nearby, nearest place is Udine, 15 mins away by bus. We checked out of the hotel a day earlier than expected. Not a 4* hotel, at best a 3*.
