We stayed in Hotel Savina for 4 nights. We were on a budget holiday so we booked it due to the low price. I wasn't expecting too much so was pleasantly surprised to have a very clean, air conditioned room where the towels and sheets were changed each day. The couple who own the hotel were very friendly and helpful although didn't speak much English. The food at breakfast was as expected - fresh rolls, meat, cheese, juice, coffee and even croissants which were lovely! As the hotel is in a quiet location we had no noise at night. It is only a few minutes from the beach and you can catch a No 11 bus around the corner which takes you to the Stazione. The only thing I would say is that the en suite was the smallest I have ever seen - if you are a large person you may have difficulty in the shower!

My husband & I booked this hotel due to the fairly good reviews and it was cheap (€55 for one night). We requested a quiet room on a high floor but probably got the noisiest room in the hotel on the 1st floor at the top of the stairs. We were constantly disturbed at night with the thin walls echoing people coming back to the hotel throughout the night. The room was small with very little space around the large hard bed with only 2 pillows. The 'wet room' bathroom was just plain weird and you have to be careful with your toiletries and loo roll as everything gets wet. The hotel is well-placed for the beach but seems miles away from the centre of Rimini which is beautiful and a welcome rest-bite from the 'Blackpool' effect of the beach front. We took a taxi to the old town which cost approx €15 for the 5-10 min journey.

My husband and I had a lovely 2 night stay at Hotel Savina.

The main bus route that runs from the airport passes nearest to the hotel when it stops outside the hospital. It was however, a bit of a trek to walk there with our luggage. But this was the only negative point.

Our room was a good size with modern and quite new looking fixtures and fitting. Good sized bathroom with no bath but a very good shower and there was also a hairdryer. We had fresh towels left for us, even though we were only staying 2 nights.

Breakfast was good and plentiful with a wide selection of items, although no fresh tea/coffee was provided - you had to help yourself to the vending machine. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I think this must be the 'bluest' hotel I have ever seen - they must have a had a job lot of the same bright blue paint - eveything outisde the hotel is painted the same from the balcony canopies, the railings and gate right down to the plant pots!! Good if you like that sort of colour!!

I have just returned from 4 nights in this hotel and can safely say that it is the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in (and there have been many across the world!).
The hotel, though basic, is exceptionally clean and well looked after. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, welcoming and friendly and so made the stay really pleasant. The location is excellent - being 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants/shops. Breakfast is fresh, vaired and plentiful. I would definitely recommend! Considering how reasonably priced this hotel is - it's a gem!
