Comfortable clean hotel. Sea view rooms with balcony. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Our welcome at the hotel was not nice at all. Before we saw the room the claimed us to pay the whole amount for our stay and our parking in advance. Then they tried to book us into a tiny room - lower category , than we booked. After refusing to take this room, our final room was ok. Clean and with seaview. Although not as stylish as shown on the webpage.
The staff at breakfast and the room service was really nice.
But the reception staff did not make the any effort to be cheerful or helpful at all.
We had a great time in Rimini, but if you are expecting warm Italian hospitality, maybe choose another hotel.

We had one week at Club House hotel, and all in all it was good. Rooms were fine, beds comfortable, nice breakfast even if I really missed a few things, like some tomatoes...vegetables, and some more to choose from of ham and cheese. The pool was nice, beach close (very clean!). Most of the staff was really nice and friendly, that includes the cleaning staff.

What was absolutely not so good was the awful music they played all day long, from early morning till late night, everywhere, in the lift, in the breakfast-room, in the reception, in the corridors...but thank god not in the rooms! It didn't make it more bearable that they never ever changed it, we heard exactly the same 10 tunes over anfd over again for one whole week whenever we sat our foot on the hotels premises. This makes me not want to give this good hotel more than three points.
And is the reasom why we will not go back, and we will not go back there.

I have just returned from this hotel where I had a long weekend with 3 girl friends. The hotel is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and mostly helpful staff. The down side was the swimming pool was not available as it was filthy, but we werent told that it wasnt in use before we booked. The sauna, jacuzzi and gym we never found!! and the staff didnt appear to know either. There are complimentary newspapers but no coffee and the bar is only open from 5pm till 10.30pm. We only saw the bar man once.

If you go on buses you will need to get a bus ticket from a tobacconist. Unfortunately we werent told this. If you travel on the No. 11 bus (runs from Rimini central to Riccione from ouside hotel) plse, plse be careful. I had my purse stolen from inside my bag on the bus. When we reported it to the police we were told it was a daily thing on that route especially between May to September. It is the 'tourist bus'

Despite this we had a good weekend. The beach is lovely (charge of 6 euros per day for towels, lounger and parasol) Some nice reasonably prices restaurants close by.
