Good hotel, close to the beach and plenty of food.
Very small rooms and bathroom. Staff is very frienly.
Sunbeths and parosols are included in the hotel and that is a great plus. It is more a good 3 star hotel than a 4 star.

we stayed at the president for 5 nights and found it a good hotel.my wife and i booked a superior room whilst the kids(both 23)had a standard twin.view from our room was excellent(4th floor),the girls(2nd floor) no such luck,but they had a bigger balconey.
swimming pool on the roof was great but you wont be diving anywhere as it's only 3 feet deep. a great sun trap terrace up there as well.
the staff were of the highest calibre and always polite and helpful.good english was spoken.we drove to rimini(long story) and the hotel has a secure(locked and cameras)carpark and was good value at 11 euros a day.
siuated just off the main drag it's ideal for the beach,shops restaraunts and bars,with a good sized supermarket 30 seconds walk away.
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

We were on the honeymoon and booked a suite from this hotel.

Well, you can't compare the word suite and this hotel "suites". It was a nightmare for me as a new husband... The internet fotos does not tell you the truth at all........ ;(

Go to the best hotel in Rimini (Grand hotel) if you want to Rimini. However, I cannot recommend the place at all.

5 of my friends and I have just returned from a hen weekend in Rimini. The cost of this hotel was quite reasonable. We shared 3 to a room which did work out slightly cheaper. The hotel itself is close to the beach (5 mins on foot max) and is close by to the bars and restaurant, but not the old part of the town.
The rooms were clean, although the size of them did let them down slightly. The room I stayed in had 2 balconies which had fantastic views of the beach.
The staff were very helpful and friendly which was a bonus as most of the people we met in the resort itself were extremely rude. The reception staff in particular were excellant and bent over backwards to assist us when our flight was cancelled. Not all of the staff spoke English though but this is pretty much the norm though-out Rimini.
The main selling point of this hotel is definitely the roof terrace and pool. It has the best views of the city and was a great alternative to the beach, which was overcrowded at the weekend and had expensive sun loungers.
