Do not book at this hotel. We booked directly by email, with several months notice, giving a credit card to guarantee the booking. when we arrived we were very rudely told that there were no rooms for us at the Corallo, but they had given us rooms in another hotel. This second hotel was a) further away from the beach (about another 5 min walk), b) had no swimming pool, c) had no dining room for dinner for breakfast. The person who dealt with us was exceptionally unpleasant and when we asked to speak to the manager said it was not possible to get hold of him. She very grudgingly shrugged her shoulders and said that we would probably get some money back for the difference in the hotel, but other than that was most unhelpful. We did not stay in the alternative accomodation, but found ourselves another - very nice and charming hotel on the sea front (Hotel National).
