We stayed for 4 nights & this is our second stay. The staff are excellent, friendly & helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are large & clean & have everything you would want. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The location is ideal for exploring Rimini, close to the shops, restaurants & beach but just far enough away for it to be quiet. Also ideally placed as a base for visiting San Marino & the Misano Circuit for he Motogp.

Hotel is nice, specially public areas. Room is too small with small balcony but well designed with fine bathroom, that you feel comfortable. Room service is bad with not enough cleaning and bed linen did not changed 12 days. Breakfast is vary basic but the good thing is fresh seasonal fruits.
The best think is excellent location in lively area and close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop. Hotel parking is 15 euros per day and there is not other possibility to leave the car.

3 nights at a last minute price of £500 in a very basic room overlooking a very noisy street. No air conditioning. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful on check in and did not believe us when we asked that broken glass and dirt be cleared from the balcony. Breakfast was fine and the lady helping out was cheerful at least. Location great for the beach , but over priced and basic for the money. No air con in August and the heat in the rooms was stifling at times. We would not return. Public areas clean and airy. 15 euros a day to park your car underground. Might have been a different story if the staff smiled and were welcoming.

We stayed at the Sovrana during a road trip through Italy. The hotel was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 13 & 10). We had 2 rooms that were joined by a vestabule. The hotel is clean and modern and very well staffed. The location was a couple of blocks from the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to the main downtown area of Rimini which is much nicer than the beach strip.
