Myself and two work colleagues stayed at this hotel in January 09 will attending the SIGEP ice cream expo in nearby Rimini Fiera. The hotel is 15/20 minutes by taxi from Rimini Airport. We had to wait for 15 minutes on a taxi as there were none in the rank and they only turned up one at a time,
The lobby of the hotel while small has been recently renovated/decorated and feels bright and airy. Check in was fast and friendly considering I speak no Italian. The small lift is unable to fit 3 peoble and luggage. However this is not a major issue.
The first thing I noticed about my room was the heat. The room was heated by 1950s style iron radiators and was very warm indeed. This was particularly welcome on a cold January day, it was -5 outside. The room furnishings couldn't be described as modern but were functional and did the job. There was two singe beds pushed together to make a double, a bed side locker a table with a mirror and a sliding wardrobe. The bathroom had a very powerful shower, a wc, sink and bidet. There is no bath.
We ate breakfast in the hotel every morning. The breakfast consisted of ham, cheese, cereals and a full range of pastries and cakes. After day 3 I was getting used to eating jam tart for breakfast. One minus point, the orange juice was from a machine and was absolutely awful.
There is no restaurant in the hotel for evening meals. I can recommend a restaurant called Lido 200 metres from the hotel towards the beach. Good food but the service is a little slow.
Finally the Rosabianca is a functional and practical hotel that does exactly what it says on the tin. The hotel is well located and the staff are friendly.
