overall average hotel, little noisy surrounding. Be ready to pay everyday for the beach sunbed but this is a Rimini thing. U can't just put your towel on the beach coz all the miles long beach is owned by the hotels.

I stayed here with my wife in july 2011, one week. The location was very good, in front of the beach, the view from hotel room was nice. The breakfast was so and so, very repetitive, with a basic selection, enough to eat in the morning. But ewe got borred of the same food in one week, i cant imagine what happened if we would have stayed a lot more days. The room was clean, quite large, decent, with a little bit old furniture, but functional. It was ok. The cleanliness was good, and the ladies were there every day, changing bed clothes and towels daily. The reception was so and so, considering that one lady was nice, but the elderly men were not so polite, being always too busy to give us the key from our room (barely he would finished or interrupted the phone conversations to give us the key.......2 seconds......not so polite). The location of hotel is good, in proximity of city center due to bus station near. The prices in Rimini are not so cheap, is a quite expensive destinations, and not offering so much.
If you choose Rimini, the hotel deserves a choice. I paid 800 euro per days, a 4 star hotel, but look like a 3 star hotel in Spain or other country, but i had a last minute deal on Booking,

I had some negative experience of the Rimini hotels before, and hestated a bit to choose this hotel. In fact it was a right choice. Single room was not big- standart size, not too small, very clean, the bathroom was really small- but adequate for the single traveller. Had some problems with noise from the square because the hotel is situated in the main street and one of the main squares of the central part of Rimini. But with closed windows everything was ok. The breakfast was the best I had in Italy in the 3-4 stars hotels (not the leading hotels of the world which have 4 stars sometimes, in Florence and Venice). The breakfast was a great surprise. Also it is very convenient, that the hotel is situated in front of the beach, just one problem, that the price of the beach is not included in the room price. But I spent in Rimini last 2 days after my business trip to Bologna, so it was not a problem. Very nice place which surprised me, I didn't expected it. Can recommend it for the holidays in Rimini.

Located directly in the from of the beach with great room views, this hotel is unfortunately nowhere near a 4-star property. The rooms and other hotel facilities are quite run-down and covered with cigarette smell. Breakfast buffet is of average quality and the service is as if they came right out of the 70's.
