I am a student and drove for 9 hours so fancied somewhere decent . I stayed one night. Very modern etc. The Shower was amazing. But to my surprise it was very noisy . I could hear the Tv from other peoples rooms. And a guy praying at 6 in the morning was crazy. So if you are a light sleeper its a no no. I had the breakfast room to myself and the guy basically gave me everything imaginable for breakfast. Its a bit outside the town also.

We stayed for a week while traveling to Castel San Giovanni for work. Hotel has bikes available to ride into town and the staff is very friendly.
Rooms were huge (not sure if we were in the suites, but I expect we were, ground floor off the back parking area) and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Wifi was free.
Breakfast was great (I love blood-orange juice) and they had gluten-free options, which is unusual in Europe.
Walls were a bit thin, so we had to relocate after a bad night with a noisy baby next door. Other than that, excellent stay.

Our stay at Hotel Ovest was only for an overnight stop whilst travelling down from Monza (for the Grand Prix) to Lake Trasimeno for our main holiday. Hotel Ovest was a real chance booking via the internet and it was a lovely surprise to find somewhere so stylish and friendly, especially as it was so reasonably priced (this was a Friday night - could be more during the week). The staff spoke excellent English (a mercy for my halting Italian), the bed room was air conditioned and clean, bathroom and toiletries comparatively luxurious, parking was in the secure courtyard (an extra 10 euro but worth it), and dinner was in the subterranean restaurant. Food was good, slightly expensive, the service great. Breakfast equally was good and substantial for the day ahead. The really lovely touch was a kind of holiday scrap book in the bedroom, suggesting you collect tickets and souvenirs to record your holiday. I used ours and it's proved a lovely record of our holiday. I'd definitely visit again.

The Hotel was a excellent hotel with modern designed Rooms, nice Bathrooms. The bed was hard but not to hard (we slept perfect).
The hotel was very close to High-way exit Piacenza Ovest and only a 30 minute walk to downtown Piacenza.
Breakfast was good. Only it was very cold in the breakfastroom.

We stayed here for one night (two adults and two kids) as we were driving from Livorno to Zurich. Stay was very comfortable. Big rooms and beds. Lock up garage underground. Staff were very warm and kind. Perfect quick stop.
