While the staff was friendly and professional and I admired the marble floors and wood paneling that someone really spent allot of money on, I did not like the patterned, worn carpet (and nasty looking in corners in our room where someone scrubbed it with a white rag) and 7up colored, bumpy walls in our hallways. Our bathroom however was modern, welcome respite from a small bedroom covered in faux wood paneling that is so abundant that I felt as though I were in a pullman car instead of a hotel room.
The breakfast room downstairs was nice but honestly after a late arrival I was disappointed to see our hotel on a not so nice looking part of the street in Modena.
My suggestion to this hotel: get rid of the bright green walls and dated, patterned carpeting. Add some black & white images of Ferrari's (both new and old) in the neutral colored halls and rooms since your client's are booking with you so they can see the small Ferrari museum.
