We liked every thing about our experience at the hotel: the price, the staff, the room, the food. The breakfast, in particular, had more things than expected (a lot of Italian cookies and cakes). The room was very new looking and clean.

Location. It's on a busy avenue with no direct bus service, and it's right next to a railroad. It took a while to get to from the city center. It's maybe a 10-minute walk + 10 minute bus to the train station and maybe another 5 minutes to the main square. You can walk into the city center, but it takes 45 minutes (we did it once). The air conditioning in the hotel exists but is very weak.

A very good charming hotel, equipped with all amneties, very new and stylish environment. Lovely hotel recommendeddddddddddddddd

We stayed at the hotel in 2010 for couple of days in Bolognia.
We used Bologna, and the hotel itself as a home base for other escapades to see places around Italy.

Pros for the hotel:
- good, competitive price
- reasonable quality of rooms
- breakfast - included in the price

Cons:
- quiality of products served at the breakfast is lets say limited - it is ok if you eat "sweet breakfast" - if you prefer it dry - meaning - you prefer sandwich with ham - then you may not be fully satisfied
- localization - it is definitely not a city center
- we do not recommend waking to it
- there is a bus quite close to the hotel - taking you to the central train station
- the elevator is really small and seems to be old - if you do not feel confortable in elevators - you may consider using the stairs


- bus station in front of the hotel is the HQ for some lades offering their "services' - which may be considered pros or cons - depending on expectations :)

Overall - we would recommend it - but rather to people who will use it only for the night/sleeping, and do not expect fancy service.

This is the best hotel i have being in Italy..
It has FREE PARKING, GREAT DECORATION (new) and is verry cheap...
We stayed for only 1 night and we loved it...
It was SO cheap and so worth much more money.
It had the best breakfast i had in Italy, best facilities (it actually had a lift which BELIEVE ME after a day of sightseeing is important) and is 10 min with car from the airport.
