I had to catch an early flight next morning.This hotel is just in front of the train station and few minutes from the town centre.So, it is possible to wander around and pick one of all the small restuarants around.It is just 15 minutes to the airport.Price is good and very convenient.Rooms spotless.Two bottles of mineral water are complimentary.Staff kind and efficient.

The Bologna Mercure is located opposite the station, which is convenient for travel by train or air (the airport bus stops at the station). Getting to the sights takes a 10-15 minute walk.
It's a good place, with decent rooms and good service. Breakfast is allright, certainly better than the traditional minimalist Italian start to the day.
It's probably not the most picturesque hotel in Bologna, but convenient, especially for a business trip.

This hotel is situated in a perfect location, facing Bologna central station. Rooms are spacious, bathroom a bit old fashion. Perfect breakfast in a nice area facing the garden, professional service at reception, french spoken. Perfect hotel for business trip.

in August I wrote the review about my camera and other equipment had been stolen from this hotel, however the management of the hotel helped us to get the compensation back.
And after several months we have received 50% cost of our loss.
And they also promised to install video surveillance in the hotel.
I would like to thank you the manager of the hotel, she was really helpful and kept her promise.
And I would definitely stay in this chain of hotels again.
