While working in Italy we needed to spend 4 days relaxing in
Pesaro before our next job - We chose the Hotel Rossini because
it was the only hotel available at a good price (August is the month that all the Italians go on vacation).
The hotel is listed as a 4 star - this is beyond belief- it's more like
a 2 star. The rooms are shabby - the bed was terrible (even with a board). Everyone slammed their doors on our floor when leaving at all times of the day and night and last but not least there were so many toddlers and infants it was impossible to sleep past 7:00 am.

Please note - there is no pool as listed and the Beach is not free (about 16 Euro a day) and you have to bring your own towels( not provided by the hotel). The free internet is not in the room. Also - all the TV stations are Italian - no English. They do have a balcony but you can only stand on it - it's so small.
The only nice thing about the hotel was the staff at the reception.
We will never stay here again and would not recommend it.

We ended up staying here following a major complaint with the hotel we had booked "Ambassador". The Rossini is great, the best head waiter I have ever met, simply cannot do enough for you. We had a toddler with us and his mealtimes were a problem, but the hotel manager cooked personally for him.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
Near the beach, nicely decorated rooms ect, food was great, a short 2 min walk to lively bars.

I have stayed in the Hotel Rossini on a number of occasions for business. We lost our luggage and the staff were really helpul. They spoke to the airline for us and arranged taxis when we needed them.
The hotel itself is clean and well maintained but best of all it is in a perfect location for exploring Pesaro. Right on the beach, but just a short walk from the old town.
Thoroughly enjoyed my time there, albeit it was work related, and would certainly stay there on a pleasure trip.
