Stayed here with my family for a couple of days after arriving at Ancona airpot before driving off to our villa some distance inland. It is a large-ish, clean and efficient hotel and I would have no problem in recommedning it for any one to stay at. Its not the best hotel you'll ever stay at but there's not really a lot to complain about either. It has a decent pool and sun-bathing area, a bar, large breakfast room with a well stocked selection of breakfast options, the rooms are on the small side but for a couple of nights that didn't cause us any sort of problem. Overall I'd say it was fairly decent value for money. Not great but decent. A few things to watch out for though: the bar serves food but only on request - not something that is very well advertised in the hotel at all, there are restricted bathing times in the pool, the hotel is a good 600 yards and a fairly steep climb to/from the beach, there is very little else close to the hotel as most of the shops, resturants etc. in Falconara are down near the beach, the hotel itself is in a fairly built up residential area - though a fairly quiet one. There is one restaurant built in to the ground floor of the hotel at the back of the hotel - this is a separate business and only open restricted hours but is a good little place to eat.
