Stayed in Arco Romano fro two nights, and i can say it was what we were lloking for. A decent room at a very good price, close to the main attractions and a metro station. Of course dont expect a hotel or fancy things. It is like your cousin leaving you the keys to his house (or putting you in a spare room). TO note that the room was very big and clean and that the owner was very very nice and helpful. Also you can park your car in an enclosed yard in fron of the building for free. And all that for 70Eur in our case. One suggestion; avoid walking from train station with luggage to the hotel (if you are travelling with a girl:)) since around the aqueduct you do get some girls doing heir nightshift and overall they might not feel overly comfortable

rooms are very spacios, all clean, nice simple breakfast. veeery pleasant signore owner, providing all possible info on where to go, how to get to places. air con in the rooms (maybe 1st aircon that i really liked and left for the night without worry of getting a cold!), noiseless, high security (you will get 5 keys from different doors :))))) would recommend for simple, yet comfortable stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights... We were 3 of us andthe triple room was very spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful from day one and helped suggest places to visit and to eat. The last day we had difficulty getting a cab to the train station, but the owner drove us to the station in his car. Great place for singles, families and couples with a good value for money.

Nice, small rooms for a great price. Quiet for Roman standards. Good location within the old city walls, not far from some great local restaurants. The whole area has a local feeling to it. Very nice innkeeper who will go out of his way to help you and give you recommendations on what to visit.
