We walked from Termini with our luggage to this place (very easy- only a few blocks, it is on the cutest street! safe area) , rang the buzzer and were greated by the host Sylvio. He was so gracious and helpful. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, but only one other one was occupied when we were there. They all share a bathroom, which was fine for us. It is very private, the rooms are well-seperated from each other due to the layout of the apartment. They felt like they were well-insulated too, which may have been because of the thick walls and stone floors, but we did not get chilly at night (and it was cold in Rome at night). They are all huge rooms too, we felt like we could really stretch out. The place is kept very tidy. Most important- it was Quiet at night- we slept very well. There is a cute little kitchen with supplies to make teas and cofee and a basic breakfast every morning. There is a fridge so we could get yogurt and stuff to have on hand. The hosts were wonderful, they poped in every morning and were always interested in what we were doing that day, and gave Excellent recommendations of what to see. They live upstairs, and stressed that they were always available if we needed them. Very sweet people, we could not say enough nice things about Sylvio or his wonderful B&B.
