It was very close to the train station but difficult to find at first because it was in a big apartment block, in between lots of cheap asian stores.
We were let in by another resident, and then got in the tiniest lift imaginable. When we found the B and B, there was no one at the door so we phoned up the guy in the email. Then we found out that he was at the restaurant and would be there in 5 minutes (which was actulally 15 minutes). He said he sent an email to check in at the restaurant but we didnt see the email because it went straight to SPAM.
Despite the grottiness of the street, that reminded me a little of Naples, the inside was much nicer than the outside. And thank god for the airconditioning. No wifi, but big TV and there was breakfast already set up in the room. It was crossaints and tasted bread in packs, with condiments and coffee and tea bags. Not my kind of breakfast, but my spanish boyfriend is used to this. I prefer fresh food for breakfast or cooked food.
We had dinner included and that wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Not the best, but okay. We paid for the drinks and the manager of the B and B and restaurant couldn't have been nicer. The double bedroom was lovely. Spacious with a 4 poster bed.
Overall a nice stay in a grotty road.
