“fantastic!”

I cannot fault this hotel, I booked it after reading the trip advisor reviews and was not disappointed. A modern hotel, excellent decor. It is set in a residential area so away from the hustle and bustle which was nice. The hotel is a 2 min walk from the metro Di Roma stop which is really handy. It was approx a 10 min walk to a railway station where you can travel to and from the aiport very easily. The room was excellent, 502 has a lovely balcony, a good size with bath and shower. Cleanliness of the hotel was imacualte. The reception is open 24 hours along with a small bar area. Breakfast was continental and top quality. We paid 217 euro for 3 nights which for the hotel vs value was outstanding. Would highly recommend and can't say anything negative at all. Thank you hotel Di Roma!

Room Tip: Ask for 502 for a balcony!

Good reception, room and breakfast service! Clean and very large room! Bathroom with bathtub and shower! There are two bathrooms in the triple room. We can choose whatever we want. Wireless internet is very convient in the room. Near the MRT! Walk to supermarket less than 5 min, to train station less than 15 min. The price is not high! Excellent!

Room Tip: Triple room is suitable for family

“An Excellent Base for a Great Holiday in Rome....”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

With my wife now six months pregnant we decided we wanted to visit Rome whilst we could still move about without a pushchair! This hotel served our purposes entirely. Located a stone's throw from the Re di Roma Metro stop we were able to get around the city with ease (we purchased the one week Metro pass for €16 each)
Our room was on the top floor and came with a small terrace (which we used despite the cold!) and was bright, modern and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area and the sights in the city. We used both of their restaurant recommendations and were very pleased with our meals on each occasion. Breakfat was a continental affair and was entirely satisfactory (though I am a sucker for a cooked breakfast when I am on holiday!) We brought out own kettle and tea as there wasn't one in the room.

Unfortunately I can't really add anything that hasn't been said in the other reviews. This is a great hotel in a great city. You will enjoy your time here!

Room Tip: Ask for a Balcony. Although there isn't much of a view its just nice to be able to extend your r...

“We will use this hotel again.”

Hotel is conveniently close to the Re di Roma metro station, across the road from a local bar/coffee shop and close to a small supermarket type shop.

The striking thing about this hotel is how modern and new everything is. Our room was immaculately clean as was the breakfast room and bathrooms. Some reviews on here describe the breakfast as average but we thought it was a very good buffet, continental style breakfast with juice and a good quality coffee machine as well as yoghurts and fruit to choose from with all the usual rolls, croissants and cheese and meat.

Wi-Fi is free and there is an internet enabled computer to use in the bar area. We had a few drinks before bed in the bar and the prices were reasonable and the measures were huge, more like trebles than singles which made my night’s sleep even more sound than usual!!

Staff all spoke excellent English and were friendly and polite and helpful. Our stay genuinely deserves 5 out of 5 and we would use this hotel again without question.

“Fantasic Hotel in Rome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 January 2012

We stayed in this hotel from 14th December till the 18th of December with our 2 teenage daughters and had great time, as has been said many times excellent price verse quality. The room was perfect for a family of 4 and very clean, not very spacious but then we spent very little time in the room. The breakfast room was a bit cramped when busy but no complaints about the breakfast itself, great continental breakfast. It was also very nice, after a full day, to come and sit in the lounge area and have a cup of tea or coffee, very relaxing. There is free wifi in the rooms and free internet access downstairs opposite the lounge area. The staff were great and always helpfull.

The Re Di Roma metro station is down the road and trains come\go every 2 minutes with a one day ticket (24Hrs) costing 4 Euros, very cheap and can be used on the buses as well. Re di Roma station is 4 'stops' away from Termini (10 Minutes). We had great pizza's at Non Solo Pizza at Piazza dei Re di Roma very close to the metro.

Will definitly be back... have unfinished business in Rome :-)
