Wow, what a find in Rome. After 4 months of research my family and I took a chance on a B&B that didn’t have many reviews. Let me be the first to say this B&B is perfect. The location is within walking distance of Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps (about 15 minutes) a little longer walk to Colosseum (25 minutes). There is a bus stop about 5 minutes away if you do not like to walk but, you are in Rome. The bus is convenient for The Vatican. Just down the street there is a Tabachi Shop where you can purchase bus tickets, a Pharmacia, and a little café for inexpensive and great Cappuccinos. Then there was our hostess, Luigia. I can’t say enough about her. She was terrific in every way. The rooms are very comfortable. We had four of us so the boys took the room with the ensuite bathroom / 2 beds, and my wife and I took the larger bedroom with a very nice bathroom across the hall. The rooms are located on the 4th floor of a secure apartment building with an elevator. In the morning we had our choice of when to eat breakfast and what we wanted that day. The spread was fantastic and very well presented. Luigia would also provide us with a map or directions if needed as well as tips on where to eat. All in all if we go back to Rome I could not think of a better place to stay. Job well done Luigia!

The B and B is very neat and clean.
Its a small set up with 2 rooms only, which are quite spacious.

The lady who runs the B and B was extremely helpful and we had a great stay.
