Arriving at this hotel a strange boy who just spoke 2 words of english tried to explain us that there was no room because of a water leak in the bathroom so that we had to leave!!! He was about to let us sleeping in the street!! Never heard that before! We were so astonished...
After 1 hour of negociation with my boyfriend who got really angry, the man finally gave us another room (at the other side of Rome) next to Termini Station, in the worst district of Roma telling us that we won't have to pay any extra-charge.... But on the contrary the least that he could do had been to suggest a discount, because of the difference of service!!
Then we finally lived 3 days in a horrible room, in a horrible district which was very scaring at night!!

DON'T GO THERE!!!

the hostel located far-off the main road, and after you enter the gate, there is a lot of residential house, hardly can know which is the entrance of the hostel, no instruction at all for foreign; the hostel receptionist have the worst attitude in the world i ever met.. we reach the hostel very late in night due to delay in flight, the guy scold us *s (excreta), furthermore he is very angry and cannot calm down himself for long time, which make us feel scary and unsafe, not even saying 1 sorry to us after all and refuse to give us receipt after payment made in cash, and the dust bin is full of rubbish in room.. what a *f service? if you're me, are you going to stay such place?

When we arrived, we were told (by a Rumanian woman, yes, from Rumania) that it was full and there was no place for anyone.... we were surprised because we were charged 10% percent as the booking.....
It was all so confusing..... because up to that moment everithing seems good: the neighbourhood was very decent also the building. But after a few minutes we realised that it was a Fake , others tourists arrived to the hostel and they were told the same, and they were charged also........ we were five people in the same situation .

We were forced to leave the place, so we went to the police and acused them.... we and the other five tourists.... policemen were very helpfuly and made all the procedure to find the manager.
Finally, we were returned the booking reservation.

I do not recommend you this place at all.....

Think this: If they charge everyone 10% percent for a booking, and you are on vacation, you don`t care if you lost it. They make money easy, they are cheaters ..... Be carefull !
