The general location, near the Isola Tiberina, is good, but the room is in front of a school, which makes it noisy. Also, the room I stayed is an underground, humid room that has no windows and no communication with the "reception" (a restaurant that closes). The hot water ended 3 minutes into the shower, so I had to end the shower cold. After that, the bathroom floor was completely wet, and the water invaded the room--or should I say the kitchen floor? Also, there was no soap in the bathroom (but some liquid hand soap). The dominant feature is that the rooms smells very badly, and after the shower it got worse--serious humidity there. The walls have infiltration marks too. In the morning, I woke up to the sound of motorcycles and teenagers shouting, and later I walked to the bar where I had the breakfast included: an espresso and a croissant (not bad, but definitely not enough). The guys were very smiley and nice, though. Still, I decided to leave after one night, and do not plan to go back.
