Comfortable, orderly and respectful of privacy. Seriousness of the service offered. Personable and affable large supply for every need. Excellent breakfast plentiful and varied. Difficult to match for compliance with what is presented on the web value for money. Absolutely recommended!

i have been in this place while i was in rome for the week-end and it wa really nice b&b ..the room was verry clean with all conforts ( ac lcd tv free wf ,,,etc)
the owner was helpfull and the staff verry kind
so i really recommend this place in rome

We spent some time at rome accommodation few years ago. The rooms were great. This has become our "place" in Roma. It is in a great area and close to the Termini. I am high maintenance, and this place met my expectations and exceeded them!

My husband and I stayed for a week in October and had the most wonderful time. The staff really make this feel as if you not just staying in a b&b but as a guest at a relaxed family home. They can not do enough for you and are a wealth of knowledge about things to do according to the weather we experienced during the week. They even packed us a beautiful breakfast to take to Colosseum on the morning of us leaving. We toured S.Peter itself, fantastic walks around Fori imperiali tour and the beautiful terrace of Villa Borghese with a glass of prosecco. Thank you for your superb attention to detail, We shall certainly return!
