I was travelling alone in Rome and I'm glad I chose Domus Vitoria for my stay. It is a very cosy B&B with only 5 rooms and private bathroom. Very clean and quiet, it is located on a building in the Piazza Victorio Emanuelle II (there is a metro station) very close to the Termini train station, Santa Maria Maggiore church and a walking distance to the Coloseum.
Elena and Sandra at the reception were very kind and helpful! Thank you for the great stay!

We arrived late night, Elena welcomed us warmly and nicely.
Great location,close to all sightseeings.
Surroudings was very dirty, too many homellesses,junkies...it was very dangerous to get there late night.
We couldnt sleep properly cause noise from outside although we closed windows.
Also air condition machine didnt work properly and was too noisy, windows handles was broken, TV didnt work all the time, showe doors couldnt closed, wc board was broken.
On the 3rd day we found message from Elena that we broke window handless and they will not change towels everyday we know that we didnt payed for ****hotel but, she could be less rude). We met her in the mornig, she should spoke to us not left messages.

We enjoyed fun with Elena at the check out, we asked if we could pay by CC and she told us " NO" ..and we told to her "we spoke to other girl day before and she promise we can pay by CC"... Elena rolled her eyes and said OK. We wish to pay half by half and she couldnt did it, we recommended to her get some lessons how to work with cash machine.
She didnt tell us any bye or save journey home or other warm words.

I stayed here for nearly a month in September and October this year while I was doing some work in Rome. It's an excellent location, just a short walk from Termini, with lots of fantastic places to eat nearby; the rooms are well-appointed and clean and the staff are extremely accommodation, friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!

I highly enjoyed my stay at Domus Victoria. The rooms are very nice, clean, and modern. The hotel is located very close to the Coliseum. In fact, I was able to walk to most of the important landmarks in Rome from the hotel, especially with some very helpful advice from the lady who checked me in.
In summary, Domuis Victoria offers nice rooms in a great location with a friendly staff for a very good price. Highly recommend!
