My wife and I spent two weeks at this little hotel. It is basic, and the rooms range from small to average size. The staff moved us after our firs two nights to an upgraded room because we were staying for two weeks. The shower in the first was not so good, but the second was very good.
The hotel, itself, is actually on the second floor of a small apartment building. You don't need an elevator. It is very compact, and you have to walk through a narrow hallway to enter the main hallway where a light european breakfast is served, each day.
The Staff was very friendly.
There were two very BIG pluses to this bed and breakfast: 1. Location, location, location and 2. Air conditioning that works.
The bed and breakfast (and that is really what it is) is a short walk away from the forum, the colluseum, termini, and within a nice walk from central Rome. Although we used the metro, we found that we could walk everywhere after we learned our way around.
If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, then this isn't for you. If, however, you are like us and just want a place to crash that you don't spend your days at, and you enjoy a break on pricing and enjoy being within walking distance - this is ideal. It isn't for everyone - but I've been to europe many times and have stayed at various places and I believe that this was just fine. No frills - but a place to stay.
Can't post pictures because it was stolen at the airport.....
