We had a happy stay at this small B & B. The location is perfect, in a quiet street, but only 3 or 4 minutes walk from the metro station and about 10 minutes walk from St Peter's and the Vatican museums.
The place is simple, with charmingly old-fashioned decor, but modern comforts. Our room was large with comfortable beds, good storage space and perfectly clean. Our bathroom looked new and had plenty of hot water. Towels and bedding were changed frequently
The young owner/manager, Dario, was always available if needed and consistently helpful and friendly. His English is limited but enough to communicate what was needed.
The 3 guest bedrooms share a balconied sitting room with comfortable sofas, if you want to sit and relax.
Breakfast is taken in one's bedroom and consists of packaged cakes, biscuits, croissant etc with coffee. Being the same every day, it became rather boring. But this is a small gripe as the area is full of bars, cafes, bakeries and a market if a more substantial breakfast is wanted.
