Our host Maria was excellent. Rooms and bathroom were spotless and neat. Breakfast was all that we needed, with three hungry kids, plus Maria gave a personal touch. Easy walk to the Vatican, tour buses and train (if needed but we didn't use). We also walked into the main sites from the location as well. Would definitely stay again. With 5 of us we used 2 rooms (2 and 3), but second room could have accomodated 4 easily.
