My girlfriend and I stayed at this B&B for a week-long visit to Rome. Both of us had never been before, and we were overwhelmed by the number of B&B's listed, but this one seemed to be reasonably priced and in a good location so we booked it. Indeed it is in a good location - close to The Vatican, within walking distance of the Cipro metro station, and with several nice restaurants close by. Our double room with twin beds and private bathroom was clean and tidy, despite the small shower stall. However, it is in a residential area with lots of traffic during the day and due to the thin walls and windows facing onto the street, it was quite noisy early in the morning. And once the housekeeper arrives at 8:00 AM, all hell seems to break loose - doors clanging open & shut, phones ringing, her talking on the phone, and pots & pans rattling in the kitchen! Don't expect to get much sleep during your stay, and forget about sleeping in! There was also no TV (except one Italian news station) and no internet access.
