1) The owner of this place is rude with the gests.

2) They put a plant in front of air conditioner so this wont work well. Maybe to reduce electricity costs. Dont move the plant or they will complaint with you!

3) The crew and owner of this place are very noisy. You cant sleep after 8 AM. And for two times at about 9 AM i wake up with them trying to open the room door to clean the room. But they know that i was sleeping because the air conditioner was on.
Note: Avoid rooms 1 and 2 they are the worst ones.


4) In my stay of 4 nights they didnt changed the towels any single time.

5) The good points, location and breakfast.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. When first approaching the ABC B&B we were a little worried. No sign in the front and no mention of the B&B at all. Our fears were soon relieved when we met Fabio. Our rooms were well kept with air conditioning, modern bathroom and very clean. A kitchen was available and kept stocked by Fabia and his staff. Fabio could not do enough for us. Was very helpful in our tour planning and even arranged a pickup to the airport.
Will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone

ABC B&B was a great find in Rome! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. There was free Wifi and breakfast was plentiful. I can't say enough good things about our Host Fabio! He was very friendly and extremely helpful, he did things that were way beyond the call of duty! I would definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

The only thing that may an issue for some people is that it is located on a quiet residential street and not within a stone throw from the Vatican. However, it is very close to the Metro and about 5 - 10 minutes walk from the Vatican. Although it is quiet at night, the area felt very safe at night for walking around.
