A very good location just 5 minutes to termini, walking distance to Collosea, very clean and new decorated comfrtable room and a very friendly good speaking English staff, but it is in the 1 st floor side b in an old building, a good, safe and clean budget Hotel

It was a bit strange because the set up of the bed & breakfast is almost like a hostel, which means that you have your own room which enclosed bath but you will have to share a common room. Apart from this the room was quite ok and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to Termini which enables you to reach the centre within minutes and you'll have a direct connection to the airport. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for a basic accommodation.

Great Location and staff always trying their best to serve you but it is not a hotel, it is only a guest house as stated by BB Magiore itself.
Noisy streets, small rooms, no breakfast or food or drinks service (the only cafe machine is broken down), if you are interested in having hot water to make cup of tea or something, you have to go down to the cafe beside the building. Bath is so narrow.

I recommend it only for single or couple but not for a family

On the 12th of September, I've received my confirmation for a 3 days stay from October 19th to the 22nd at B&B Magigiore with the mention and I quote: Cancellation at no charge is allowed until 10 days before check in the cancellation deadline is 16:00 centra european Time In case of late cancellation, the cancellation fee is the 100% of the total price.
Well guest what. Lord and behold on the 12th of October (7 days before) I received this message. and i quote: we are sorry but you reservation is cancel we d ont have more rooms avalaibility .
HUMMMMMM. So why would i received a confirmation IN SEPTEMBER for a room and by magic 7 days before arriving SUDDENLY THERE IS NO MORE ROOM AVAILABLE.
NO I WOULD NOT dare say they took my reservation when they knew they were fully booked JUST IN CASE I WOULD CANCELLED WITHIN 10 DAYS. No that could not be.....could it?
