Mary, who runs this B&B, makes it charming and you feel welcome. She treats you like family and is quite accommodating. She brings you a wonderful breakfast with incredible Italian coffee at the time you request it. She even gave us a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy. Mary helps you with touring, dining, and suggests exactly what you need in regards to shopping (my feet are still thanking her). What a hostess! The rooms (we have stayed in 3 of the 4) are beautifully decorated and very clean. This location is perfect and we walked everywhere we needed to go. She has quite a collection of books and DVD's for your enjoyment. I HIGHLY recommend this B&B and since she has owned it, it is even more enjoyable than our previous visit.

Maria is a wonderful hostess! She really does want you to enjoy your stay in Rome.
The location can't be beat. 5 min walk from Termini station. We arrived via Leonardo Express to Termini and we had no problems finding the hotel with Maria's directions (provided via email upon confirmation of reservation).
Maria greeted us and helped us get settled. She sat with us and pointed out the main sites on a map she provided, and she provided excellent recommendations for food, laundry and groceries.
The room was big, and clean. The "king" bed was really just two single beds pushed together, but otherwise everything about the room was excellent.
You really cannot find a better value, anywhere.
The breakfast is brought to the room b/w 8am - 10am. It can be missed, but it is nice to get yogurt in the morning.

Great Location, very safe. 5 minutes to Main Train Terminal, 1 block to Subway, Bus Stop is literally outside the front door. We stayed at 6 locations during our Europe trip, and this was by far the best. From the moment we met Maria, we felt welcomed. Rooms are big and quiet, they have a safe and a small refrigerator. DVD players in room with a great selection of DVD's, including travel DVD's. Also, lots of books and a great city map, with good locations to visit highlighted my Maria. Will only stay here on our next trip to Rome.

My husband and I loved this B&B! We stayed 3 nights and from the minute we walked through the door we were given the best treatment! We had never been to Rome and were given a map a personal recommendations the moment we got there. It made navigating the city that much easier. The location was fantastic - we walked to all major attractions, including the Vatican. It was so easy to walk from the train station too - maybe a 5 minute walk. The rooms were large, quiet, and CLEAN. We just absolutely loved this place.
