Relais dei Papi in Rome, Italy is a good place to stay. It`s small, comfortable, the people who work there are very friendly and they give some advice about places to eat and the best and fastest way to go to the tourist attractions around the city. go there you`ll enjoy it a lot.

We have just come back from a long weekend in Rome. The hotel was in a excellent location for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, which made us feel very welcomed. They were also able to cater for a gluten free breakfast and my partner had a plateful of gluten free toasts,crackers and biscuits every morning. The rooms were clean and also a good size. We would definately visit again!

We visited “Relais dei Papi” last March for 6 days.
My first thought was that it is a bit cleistophobic but a few minutes later I got used to it and I couldn’t stop thinking how beautiful this little hotel is! Even thought the walls are covered with fabric the hotel is very clean! Seldom have I seen a hotel with such nice details, wherever you looked you could see a “Nice Touch”. People who own this little “Gem”, as someone else described it, must love it!

Breakfast is very nice and not at all the poor “Continental” we expected. You have many options and you can eat as much as you like!!

The area is excellent, SAFE and I believe the only area in the center of Rome which is not completely touristic, with Italian people actually staying there! The best, not touristic restaurants we ate are all close to the hotel and there were filled with locals!

The Hotel is located 5 minutes walk from “Piazza Cavour” so you can take the cheapest fare from the airport, a bus that costs only 8 Euros and makes a stop at Piazza Cavour”.

Everything is great!
Great location near to almost everywhere - the eur8 shuttle bus from airport stops at Piazza Cavour which is within walking distance to hotel, we walk to all the must-see sights plus there is a metro station nearby that brought us to the train station!
Great room - super clean and has everything you need.
Great service - Daniel gives great directions and recommendations. Everyone is friendly. We always had a hearty breakfast before setting off!
