my room 31.
For the first day in Roma, was perfect, good location, fare value. but in the second day i made a mistake, i let 250€ in a book in the room. When i went back later before dinner, the room had been cleaned, but the money was not in the same sheet of the book, and missing 50€. Of course they do not respond for what we let there, but i was completely sure about the quantity and how i let it there.
I ask for answers in the reception and of course they could do nothing. Only that who cleaned the room was a woman called Nicoletta, they don´t even know the last name. They called her and she said that saw nothing. my fault. word against word. i'll never go back near this hotel or let them to clean my room.

This really is a 2 star hotel. What can make this worth it is the price, being so low at a good location very near the train terminal.
Staff was kind, didn't go out of their way but did do what they had to.
Although I've read bad reviews here, nothing was strikingly bad. Breakfast is very minimal and not that good. But room is very spacious, bathroom was ok although the shower is a bit small!
Note: Street is noisy, walls arent very thick and anytime someone leaves or enters their room, you cannot miss it. Also, double beds don't seem to exist, they put 2 single beds together so be carefull not to fall in between!
If what you're looking for is low budget but good, this place fits. It's all about location and pricing with this hotel.

We had a really bad experience with this hotel. They cancelled our reservation and they did'nt inform us about that. So we arrived at night and we didn' have any reservation, they didnt' even try to search other hotel for us!!It was incredible, the service was very very bad, people were rude and useless. I won't recommend this awful hotel for anybody....Hopefully, we had a old friend in Roma and could help us on that...but wanted to inform people about the situation of Touring...

first of all, i understand this is a budget hotel and that for the price, one cannot expect much. however, bedbugs and insects all over the room are something that i cannot tolerate no matter how cheap the room is.
