we have been in this hotel january 2010.with group of 50 people.we were the only guests then.it was a bit cold and rainy so we didnt check out whats around the hotel.but rooms were nice and big,nothing to complain about them.breakfast very poor and simple.we were all day out ,so just sleep there.for sure,you can sleep and rest as nobody there and in that area,no traffic.i guess its better in spring and if you have your own vehicle.otherwise,if ur a tourist,you have to wait a bus in front of the hotel,drive about 15min.and then go to the metro station so you can go to the center of rome.it takes time..and if you dont have much time in rome,then its bad solution..
