Very clean, great staff and good value. The owners are from Austria, and really have created a nice, clean and safe hotel. The tram stop is just at the top of the hill. The tram runs about every 10 minutes and takes you right into the center of Rome (a 7 day pass is about 11 euro, if I remember correctly and available at most news stands). There is also an internet and phone shop just outside the entrance to the hotel. Calls back to the states are really inexpensive.

This was the fourth time in this lovely hotel. Also our teenagers loved it. Very clean, very friendly, extremely helpful staff, delicious breakfast, reasonable price, good location-the tram takes you to the centre very conveniently in about 10-15 minutes. Will defenitely be back again!

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. A friend, who lives in the area had recommended it to us.
It's very clean and comfortable, and we loved the breakfast they provide. The owners are very nice people and helpful with your sightseeing trips.
It is a little far from the center of town, but once you have the metro or the bus route down pat, it's not bad.
There are a couple of nice restaurants right next door if you do not want to venture into town.
We higly recommend it and will go back there again at our next visit.

The Austrian lady who is the owner is very trust worthy. I gave her my purse with near to 3000 dollars and she kept it safe for me.
It is also very clean.
There are 2 tiny problems one is that because I requested a room with a balcony. It was very noisy but I am sure there are other rooms that would be much quieter. The other was that I speak fluently German and had no problem communicating with the Austrian lady I just don't know how well is their English.
But the hotel is in an excellent location, just take a tram and land in front of Largo Argentina and from there you are, close to Ancient city by walk, or by taking another bus. But with a little child we walked and it was not far at all!
The staff is very helpful beside the lady who speaks German others speak Italian but they will go out of their way to help you with everything.
A double room in September was 100 Euros and a triple bed was 120 Euros. I guess it was worth it and we had a lovely stay. Unlike many hotels This hotel has an air conditioner as well.
